Return Policy

Our Return Policy allows you for replacement of purchased products within 7 days of your purchase. If it exceeds 7 days, unfortunately we can’t offer replacement.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You must also contact our customer care at 800 9080 or at within 3 days of product delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Replacement (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Once the item is received back new product for replacement will be despatched from our side.

Items on Sale
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

If you don't like the product
If you don't like the product and need to return or replace it, we facilitate credit process or product replacement. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. The items must be returned in their original packaging including dust bags, eye glass cases and gift boxes.The courier charge is applicable

If the product is defective
If the return is due to a mistake at our end, we will be glad to take care of collection and shipping to our warehouse; in all other cases you should send the item to our warehouse using any shipping company of your choice. In any case you should inform us properly and within the defined timelines for any return.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
